Liquefied PVC in difference colors is applied by syringe into silicon molds. These individual molds are then baked to cure the PVC. After baking the molds are cooled and the PVC items are removed. The flexible molded PVC is soft and has the feel of rubber, yet each item is lightweight and will retain its shape and not distort or break. Items are available with two levels and 3D details. Advantages: Economical, Durable, PMS color matching, can produce items with small details, custom shapes.
